Delete your HPA Work account

You can delete your HPA Work account yourself at any time. It deletes your HPA Work account only: your HPA account stays, so you can keep using other HPA apps.

How to delete it

  • On the web: sign in, then go to Account → Delete account and hold “Hold to delete”.
  • In the HPA Work app: go to Me, tap “Delete my HPA Work account” at the bottom, and hold “Hold to delete”.

If you own a workspace other people are in, make one of them the owner first, on the Team page.

What's deleted

  • Your HPA Work profile, settings, notifications, Today list and saved messages.
  • Your connections (GitHub, Codex, Vercel and others), browser logins and saved signature.
  • Your private boards, and workspaces only you are in, with everything in them.
  • Your membership of every workspace. You're signed out everywhere straight away.

What stays

Tasks, messages, comments and documents you made in workspaces other people use stay for that team, shown as “Former member” with your name and photo removed. Signatures you gave there are kept exactly as signed, with your name, as a record of what was signed. Projects you owned there pass to the workspace's owner.
